Valentine’s Day Weekend Fundraiser!
Jan 12th, 2011 | By Editor | Category: Sugar Loaf BLOG, Uncategorized
HAVE A HEART, SAVE A HEART by coming to Sugar Loaf and visiting your favorite shops for this special weekend.
This year marks the first annual HAVE A HEART, SAVE A HEART fundraiser (organized by Rena Wilhelm of The White Weathered Barn) that will help raise money to donate to NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University Medical Center Cardiac Transplantation Program.
In 2006, one of our long time merchants Peter VonUchtrup of 18th Century Furniture received a heart transplant from Columbia Presbyterian. For this reason Sugar Loaf has chosen this institution to receive a percentage of sales from participating merchants on Saturday 2/12 & Sunday 2/13. So HAVE A HEART, come on over to Sugar Loaf & SAVE A HEART.
We have also made it convenient for you to make your own contribution by using the DONATE button below.
