The Sugar Loaf Community Foundation (SLCF) was founded over 30 years ago as a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit corporation and still carries on the tradition of supporting programs and projects that enhance the quality of life of our unique hamlet. The constitution of the foundation prescribes the following objectives: To research, record and publicize this history and lore of the hamlet of Sugar Loaf. To foster interest in the richness and diversity of Sugar Loaf’s cultural heritage and to sponsor activities which further this heritage. To encourage the traditions and approaches to the arts and crafts movement; to provide opportunities for the public to view high quality arts and crafts. To maintain a spirit of cooperate effort to preserve and enhance the aesthetic beauty of the hamlet of Sugar Loaf. To endeavor to work toward the promotion and benefit of Sugar Loaf and the surrounding area.
The Sugar Loaf Community Foundation (SLCF) invites you to support these objectives and actions by becoming a member or by making a charitable contribution that will fund programs for the community.2013 SLCF Officers: President – Lydia Cuadros, Vice-President – Steve Denes, Treasurer – John Condatore, Secretary – Ellen Korsower
